Open 6:00am to 10:00pm, the fitness center at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel is located on the first floor of the hotel and is complimentary for registered guests.  It features all new Life Fitness aerobic equipment, hardwood floors with shock absorbent padding, flat-screen TVs, free weights, as well as a variety of stability balls and resistance bands for the ultimate workout.
